Round-type drills followed, considering that in groups of three players, our football players, when they received the sound signal, started working on the drills, which were planned in detail by our professional staff. They were focused on strength, thus including various types of weights, balance and fitness balls, hurdles and steppers. All players went through work on each muscle group several times.
