By defeating Vojvodina in the final, Crvena zvezda won the national cup for the 2025/26 season! This marks the 30th time in club history that the red-and-whites have lifted the trophy, as well as their sixth consecutive cup triumph.

Crvena zvezda’s road to the trophy began with an away match against Sloven from Ruma in the Round of 32. Our team recorded a 0-2 victory thanks to goals from Radonjić and Ivanić.

Zvezda continued the competition with an away trip to Dobanovci. In the Round of 16, the red-and-whites defeated Budućnost 1-4. Crvena zvezda opened the match in spectacular fashion, taking a two-goal lead after only nine minutes through Enem and Duarte, while Duarte added his second goal in the 54th minute. Budućnost managed to reduce the deficit in the 81st minute, but Tomas Handel sealed the victory with a phenomenal free-kick goal.

In the quarterfinals, our team defeated Novi Pazar away from home by a score of 0-2. Zvezda took the lead in the 38th minute through Tiknizyan, while Timi Max Elšnik added the second goal to send Crvena zvezda into the Serbian Cup semifinals.

Following the semifinal draw, the red-and-whites faced Jedinstvo away from home. Dejan Stanković’s side once again showed their quality and celebrated a 1-2 victory. Although the hosts put up strong resistance, Crvena zvezda controlled the tempo of the match and secured a place in the final thanks to goals from Uchenna and Duarte.

In the final, the red-and-whites defeated Vojvodina after a dramatic penalty shootout to crown another successful cup campaign.

The winners of the 2025/26 Serbian Cup are: Mateus, Omri Glazer, Vuk Draškić, Nikola Stanković, Young Woo Seol, Miloš Veljković, Rodrigao, Strahinja Eraković, Franklin Tebo Uchenna, Nair Tiknizyan, Adem Avdić, Leon Ivanović, Mahmudu Bajo, Rade Krunić, Tomas Handel, Timi Max Elšnik, Vasilije Kostov, Mirko Ivanić, Uroš Đorđević, Nemanja Radonjić, Luka Zarić, Vladimir Lučić, Aleksandar Katai, Bruno Duarte, Jovan Trač, Jay Enem and Marko Arnautović.

Also included in the matchday squads were Ivan Guteša, Balša Papović, Vuk Roganović, Ignjat Miletić, Dimitrije Šarić and Daglas Owusu, although they did not make any appearances.
