After a stellar performance in Novi Sad and a thumping 5-0 win over Vojvodina, our team now needs only three points to mathematically secure the Superliga title. We'll have a great chance to win those points on Sunday, when Mladost arrive to Rajko Mitić Stadium.
Trusty defender Filip Stojković knows how big of an occasion Sunday might prove to be.
"All eyes will be on us, but we're used to that. Pressure is something you learn to live with when you play for such a big club, so Sunday won't be any different."
The Montenegro international believes the team deserves the title.
"We've been working so hard all season to get ourselves in a good position. Now we want to make that final step. We can't wait for the Mladost game. We're really motivated."
Vladan Milojević's team has met Mladost just three weeks ago in the Kup Srbije Semi-final and won the first leg 4-1. Stojković believes that Mladost deserve to mix it up with the biggest names of Serbian football.
"They are a good team, they produce consistent performance and they've been tough to play against all season. They are still looking to qualify for Europe, so we must be prepared to compete for all 90 minutes."
However, Crvena zvezda will be the favorites when the teams meet at the famous "Marakana".
"We've got our fans behind us so we go in every match full of confidence. I can't wait to see the fans celebrating in the stands again, so we'll do our best to win and give them something to cheer about. Winning and celebrating the title at our stadium would be perfect!"
