Pešić scored a great goal with the outside of his foot to give us the lead - and he added the second shortly after the restart. The hosts were determined to get something out of the game and they bravely pinned Zvezda back for long spells in the second half.
Ratkov scored 20 minutes from time to half the deficit and make the red and whites fight hard to stay ahead. Thankfully, the champions were focused for the rest of the game and never let TSC come close to snatching a point.
Despite the lack of light at the start of the game, we still had a pleasant night in Bačka Topola.
