After losing to Grbalj, Crvena Zvezda players approached the game with Rudar more ambitiously and responsibly. Our team dominated especially in the first half and the side from Pljevlja avoided a more convincing defeat thanks only to goalkeeper Miloš Radanović.

Will Ognjen Koroman leave the club? This is the question asked by all our supporters and no one has the answer. Beside Nenad Milijaš, Koroman is certainly the best player of the current generation and our team do not play the same when he is not in it. However, clubs live off players’ transfers and this year could be the last opportunity for the 30-year-old player from Pale to sign another contract with a foreign club and for Zvezda to make profit.

After yesterday’s physical in Nicosia, Bernard Parker has started to train with the team today. He ran with a group of players on the bitch and did easier anaerobic exercises in the gym in the morning, and he is expected to join the team this afternoon in order to practice with the ball. Our latest signing shows a satisfactory level of fitness which comes as no surprise given that he came from South Africa where the championship is still in progress.

Always punctual and in a good mood, Spiros Georgiu, the bus driver who takes our players to the pitch and back to the hotel every day, won the hearts of everyone in the red-white expedition. In order to make everything appropriate for the big club, he was given a Zvezda shirt on the first day and he constantly wears it.
